Jack Mann is a physician, Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Mann is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weil Cornell Medical as well as Director of the Sleep Disorders Center of Heart & Lung Associates, P.C.

He has spent more than three decades caring for patients while refining his medical knowledge while teaching the residents and fellows at New York Presbyterian Queens.  He is a member of the Medical Board of New York – Presbyterian, Queens. Prior to joining Hygea Holdings in 2014, Dr. Mann has served as Founder & now past Co-Director of COAIM IPA (Care Organization using Advance Integrated Medicine).

He is currently a member on the Board of Primary Partner Care Accountable Care Organization. Dr. Mann is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. He successfully completed his Pulmonary Fellowship at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and did his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Booth Memorial Medical Center, in Flushing, New York.

In addition to earning his Medical degree from the Università degli Studi in Perugia, Italy, Dr. Mann also received a Master’s in Marine Biology from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s of Science from Moravian College.
