Kenneth A. Levey MD MPH FACOG FACS – President/CEO and Managing Partner
Dr. Levey is a Board Certified Gynecologist with a strong entrepreneurial background having started, developed and sold several companies. Dr. Levey trained at the George Washington University Medical Center and worked at NYU Langone Medical Center in the early part of his career. In 2007, he left the full time faculty at NYU and started NY Pelvic Pain and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, P.C. since then he has been working on behalf of both patients and physicians to improve the quality of care provided to patients, the value provided, and the working environments for physicians. Dr. Levey founded Maiden Lane Medical in 2016.
Dr. Stacy Henigsman, DO, FACOOG - Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Stacy Henigsman is a board-certified physician with 20 years of experience at the intersection of clinical medicine and operational leadership. Having successfully scaled a national telemedicine platform, she brings a proven track record of expanding clinical access while maintaining rigorous standards for safety and regulatory compliance. She specializes in designing high-performing healthcare delivery systems that integrate advanced technology and automated workflows to optimize provider efficiency and the patient journey. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to clinical excellence and the development of scalable care models that support safe, longitudinal care across complex organizations.
Cathy Selca - Vice President of Operations and Business Development
Cathy currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Development, overseeing multi-site performance, growth, and strategic initiatives. She began her career in ultrasound at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where she helped launch a women’s imaging center focused on mammography and breast ultrasound, sparking her passion for women’s health. After more than 13 years in clinical imaging, she transitioned into healthcare operations and has spent the past decade with Maiden Lane Medical. Cathy remains committed to advancing women’s healthcare and is a strong advocate for physicians, focused on optimizing operations to enhance care quality, access, and the overall patient experience.
Jodilyn Owen - Vice President of Operations and Business Development
Jodilyn Owen is a healthcare executive and licensed midwife with more than 20 years of experience in women’s health, maternal care, and healthcare operations. As Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Maiden Lane Medical, she leads strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, and innovative care models that expand access and elevate the patient experience. Her unique background blends clinical expertise with executive leadership, bringing a deep understanding of both patient care and the systems required to deliver it at scale.
Rosie White, SHRM-CP
Rosie White is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with extensive industry experience in merger and acquisition and managing the human resources function including payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Prior to her current ventures, Rosie held a multitude of other leadership roles. Most notably, she was the Associate Vice President for Investcorp International, where she facilitated their merger while spearheading key HR functions, including but not limited to recruiting, and employee performance improvement plans. Before her tenure with Investcorp, she worked at Titan Outdoor LLC. Rosie is most proud of her ability to connect with professionals of all levels and the ability to provide guidance and leadership with regard to human resources growth and stability
Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Bernard Baruch College and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Long Island University. She is also SHRM/CP certified.
Jennifer Zocca, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Jennifer Zocca is a dual board-certified anesthesiologist/pain management specialist who serves as the medical director of Maiden Lane Medical. Her anesthesiology training provides a strong foundation for a systems-based approach to continuous quality improvement, which provides our patients with the highest level of care. Dr. Zocca also supervises the Care Coordination Team, a unique feature of Maiden Lane Medical that creates a seamless patient experience, despite the ever-increasing complexity of medical infrastructure.
