This historic building is one of the handfuls of mid-19th century commercial structures still standing in the Financial District. 90-94 Maiden Lane’s structural style is attributed to Charles Wright and the cast-iron facade is from Daniel D. Badger Architectural Iron Works, commissioned by Roosevelt & Son. Theodore Roosevelt Sr., the father of President Theodore Roosevelt, was one of the company’s principals.
