Kenneth A. Levey MD MPH FACOG FACS – President/CEO and Managing Partner
Dr. Levey is a Board Certified Gynecologist with a strong entrepreneurial background having started, developed and sold several companies. Dr. Levey trained at the George Washington University Medical Center and worked at NYU Langone Medical Center in the early part of his career. In 2007, he left the full time faculty at NYU and started NY Pelvic Pain and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, P.C. since then he has been working on behalf of both patients and physicians to improve the quality of care provided to patients, the value provided, and the working environments for physicians. Dr. Levey founded Maiden Lane Medical in 2016.
Dominick Bencivenga, MBA – Chief Financial Officer
Dominick Bencivenga is a highly accomplished senior executive with 30 years’ experience in managing the financial functions of diverse companies from start-ups to more mature $30 million+ businesses. He has been working as our CFO for the last 5 years.
Prior to joining KALHealth and Maiden Lane Medical, Dominick successfully managed Freelance Financial, a NY Metro-based accounting solutions company that served start-ups, small businesses and entrepreneurial companies throughout the NY metropolitan area. Dominick founded Freelance Financial in 1996, and during his 16 years running Freelance Financial, worked with over 150 companies. Early in his career, Dominick was a Vice President in Citibank’s Retail Banking Division, working in such diverse areas as finance, marketing, distribution, sales and branch management.
Dominick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management and his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a life-long New Yorker and currently resides in Mineola, NY.
Ron Lebow, Esq.- Corporate Counsel
A member of Michelman & Robinson, LLP’s (M&R’s) Health Care Department, Ron Lebow focuses his practice on business, contract, corporate and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements and structuring operations and business arrangements for ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, hospitals, clinical laboratories and other medical providers. Additionally, Mr. Lebow routinely works with physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, dentists and a wide range of other health care professionals. He also advises management companies, private investors and venture capitalists. Further, Mr. Lebow has significant experience with health care-related, web-based and mobile app start-up business ventures.
With considerable regulatory expertise, Mr. Lebow is able to ensure legal compliance on the deals and companies he structures. He has vast knowledge of the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, additional fraud and abuse laws and regulations, HIPAA, fee splitting laws and those regulations governing professional misconduct, both at the state and federal level.
Mr. Lebow helps clients establish practices and mega-groups, structure investor and management relationships, as well as buy and sell practices and facilitates management service organization relationships and facility affiliations, acquisitions and joint ventures. He also drafts and negotiates shareholder and operating agreements, asset purchase agreements, employment agreements, equipment and intellectual property licenses, management agreements, marketing and sales representative agreements, billing agreements and software-related contracts.
Mr. Lebow earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and received his B.S., in Business Administration, from Boston University.

Cathy Selca, Director of Operation
We are proud to introduce our new Director of Operation, Cathy Selca. Cathy joined Maiden Lane Medical almost 3 years ago as the Director of Women’s Imaging. Since then she has been rapidly promoted to Office Manager and now Director of Operations. With over 13 years experience in management in the medical industry Cathy has previously worked for NY-Presbyterian as a Supervisor of Ultrasound and Women’s Imaging. She will supervise all of our administrative operations and patient experience programs.
Rosie White, SHRM-CP
Rosie White is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with extensive industry experience in merger and acquisition and managing the human resources function including payroll, benefits and employee relations. Prior to her current ventures, Rosie held a multitude of other leadership roles. Most notably, she was the Associate Vice President for Investcorp International, where she facilitated their merger while spearheading key HR functions, including but not limited to recruiting, and employee performance improvement plans. Before her tenure with Investcorp, she worked at Titan Outdoor LLC. Rosie is most proud of her ability to connect with professionals of all levels and the ability to provide guidance and leadership with regard to human resources growth and stability
Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Bernard Baruch College and is SHRM/CP certified. Furthermore, she is presently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
