Anindita Varshneya, MD

Dr. Anindita Varshneya is an obstetrician and gynecologist at Maiden Lane Medical in New York City. 

Dr. Varshneya completed her undergraduate degree at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where she graduated with honors. She went on to receive her medical degree from University of California, Davis. During medical school, Dr. Varshneya acted as a leader in healthcare advocacy at a local, state, and national level. She worked with several different organizations including as Delegate to the California Medical Association and the American Medical Association. Afterwards, she completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado.  

Dr. Varshneya is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered, and individualized obstetric and gynecologic care through a wellness-lens for patients from adolescence through menopause. Her clinical interests including reproductive and sexual health, adolescent gynecologic care, obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and health advocacy. 

As a former professional Bollywood dancer, yogi, avid reader, and outdoor-enthusiast, Dr. V considers all aspects of a person when supporting them through their healthcare journey. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and trying new foods.
