Dr. Maximilian Klein is an obstetrician-gynecologist with fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College, completed OB/GYN residency at Wake Forest School of Medicine, and completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Vermont’s Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine.

Dr. Klein has served as teaching faculty since fellowship, helping train residents and medical students at the University of Vermont Medical Center, Rochester Regional Health, and SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a way that helps patients feel heard, respected, and informed.

His clinical interests include PMOS, endometriosis, infertility, menstrual concerns, contraception, perimenopause, and menopause. In 2013, Dr. Klein was inducted into the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold Humanism Honor Society, recognizing his commitment to compassionate and trustworthy patient care.
