Natalie Regina Mandel, MD, MPH, MSCP, is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced training in obstetrics, women’s health, and menopause care. She completed her medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Her postgraduate training includes a Family Medicine residency with an Advanced Gynecology and Women’s Health track, followed by a Family Medicine Obstetrics fellowship with surgical qualification, enabling her to perform both vaginal and cesarean deliveries. 

Dr. Mandel’s clinical and academic work focuses on women’s health across the lifespan, including obstetrics, menopause, and reproductive health. She has contributed to curriculum development, quality improvement initiatives, and research in areas such as cesarean prevention, emergency contraception, and medical cannabis for opioid reduction. In addition to clinical practice, she has held teaching and leadership roles in residency education, obstetrics simulation training, and community health education. 

She holds medical licenses in multiple states and is an active member of several professional organizations, including The Menopause Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
